There's always something happening at Saint John's. Read on to keep on top of activities, signups and other opportunities!
Midweek Lenten Services “Singing with the Exiles”
In the midst of hopelessness and despair, the Lord speaks words of comfort and hope to Judean exiles. A Servant of the Lord will come and bring His people home! God’s rich and lasting promises in Isaiah 40–55 speak comfort and hope to our own struggles, questions, worries and doubts. Join us on Wednesdays as we learn from Isaiah to walk the Lenten way to the cross and to the empty tomb, singing with the exiles the salvation of our God! Wednesdays, 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM services, meals at Noon and 5:45 PM in the Worship Center.
Garden of Remembrance
Every Easter we have the wonderful opportunity to celebrate special occasions or remember loved ones in our Garden of Remembrance, a large beautiful display of flowers at the front of the Worship Center. Please sign up for your flowers after the service March 19, 26 and April 2 at the table by the Welcome Center; full payment is due at the time of the order.

Jesus' grand entrance into Jerusalem, which we celebrate with waving palms and shouts of “Hosanna,” sets the scene for His final acts and words before the crucifixion, which we will meditate upon in our Holy Week services. Sunday, April 9, at 9:00 AM in the Worship Center.
Holy (Maundy) Thursday
At the heart of the Holy (Maundy) Thursday liturgy are Jesus’ commands—“love one another” and “do this in remembrance of Me”—which we honor as we celebrate the holy meal, given and shed for us, and remember His sacrifice for us. Thursday, April 13, 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM in the Worship Center. There will be a ham dinner after the 11:00 AM service (freewill offering).
Good Friday Tenebrae Service

Please bring an Easter basket for the egg hunt. We need donations and volunteers! Please sign up at the table by the Welcome Center if you can help.
In a special service at the break of dawn we remember God's saving grace throughout human history, which culminated in the sacrificial gift of Christ Jesus. Sunday, April 16, at 6:30 AM in the Worship Center.
Christ is risen—this fact informs all of our lives, for if God can raise Jesus from the dead, He can bring life to any situation; He can take away the fear of death. Sunday, April 16, at 9:00 AM in the Worship Center.
The Heseders will serve breakfast for a freewill offering to support missions. Sunday, April 16, at 7:30 AM in the Large Fellowship Hall. We could use your help!
