The covenant the Lord made with Abraham, that He would bless him and make him “the father of a multitude of nations,” became eternal in Christ Jesus, the descendant of Abraham made ruler of all things. All who believe in Jesus are the children of Abraham, blessed because of Him. He was rejected and killed, and after three days He rose again. Baptized into the cross and resurrection, “we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” By faith we rejoice in the hope of His glory!
